Working Principle

The input shaft of the reducer is driven by a motor at the input end. The first stage of transmission is via Gleason spiral bevel gears, which transfer power to the intermediate shaft. This is followed by the second and third stages of involute cylindrical helical gear transmission, finally outputting from the output shaft. Through such gear transmission, the output speed is lower than the input speed, but the output torque is increased, thereby achieving the purpose of speed reduction and torque increase.
