Q: Do we manufacture motors ourselves?
A: We only produce speed reducers, not motors.

Q: Why do we sell motors?
A: Speed reducers need to be woring with motors. In the past, many of our speed reducer customers inquired about motors, but we could not supply them, which caused inconvenience. After long-term evaluation, we have found a motor supplier with suitable quality and good price, so we now sell motors that match our speed reducers.

Q: Who are our motor customers?
A: First, customers who are not suitable for our motors: If you only need to purchase a large quantity of motors at a very low target price, please buy directly from motor manufacturers.
Customers who are suitable for our motors: If you are purchasing high-quality speed reducers and need to pair them with premium motors for one-stop delivery, our speed reducers and motors are the right choice for you.

Q: What types of motors do we supply?
A: We mainly supply three-phase and single-phase industrial full-copper-wire motors, both horizontal and vertical mounting types, with a power range of 0.12kW to 450kW.
The standard voltage is 380V 50Hz, and other voltages including 400V, 415V, 420V, 440V and 600V can be customized.

Q: How to select and purchase motors?
A: You can send us the motor parameters directly for a quotation. If you do not have the motor parameters, we will configure the corresponding motor model according to the speed reducer you select.

Q: How are the motors transported?
A: The motors are assembled with the speed reducers as a whole, packaged, and then delivered to the designated location of the customer by air or sea.

Q: How to make payment for motors?
A: Please contact us directly to get our payment account details.

Q: Why are our motors little expensive?
A: We select high-quality motors for customers, and complete the whole process including quality inspection, packaging and delivery. This reduces the extra cost of funds and time for customers to purchase motors separately.
Important: There is no minimum order quantity for motors.

Q: What is the delivery lead time for motors?
A: For standard voltage models, the lead time is one week; for non-standard customized models, the lead time is two weeks.

Q: What certifications do the motors have?
A: 3C certification and CE certification.

Q: What is the warranty policy for motors?
A: We provide a 6-month warranty for product quality issues.
