Product Overview:

The ZDY series cylindrical gear reducers are heavy-duty gear reducers independently developed by our company. They utilize a completely new design concept and advanced manufacturing technology, representing a new generation of general-purpose gear reducers in China. All gears and shafts in this series are made of high-quality alloy steel, carburized and quenched for precision machining. Gears undergo tooth profile modification, and shafts undergo tooth profile and tooth direction modification. This results in uniform tooth load distribution, high strength, low noise, and low vibration. The modular design minimizes the variety of main component specifications, maximizing versatility and interchangeability. The product range is highly diverse, offering various assembly and installation options for user convenience. The strength of the gears, shafts, and housing is balanced. The series specifications are more rationally arranged, with main parameters based on the R20 preferred number, and an R40 preferred number added for larger center distances. The split housing provides good maintainability. The bearing size and input shaft extension diameter have been maximized. The fan and cooling coil design has been improved, the chassis has a large heat dissipation area, and the allowable thermal power is high.

Product Applications: Cylindrical gear reducers are mainly used for mechanical transmission in various machinery and equipment in mining, metallurgy, cement, construction, chemical, and light industries. They are all external meshing involute helical cylindrical gear reducers manufactured according to the national professional standard ZBJ19004. The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62. All gears are manufactured using CNC grinding technology, resulting in high precision, good contact, high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, low noise, long service life, high load capacity, and easy disassembly and installation.
